Parkinson's Resources of Oregon, in partnership with the National Parkinson Foundation, is launching a new awareness campaign to alert people with Parkinson's and their care partners about the critical need to be prepared before a hospital visit.  Participants will hear a presentation about how to be prepared for a hospital stay. They will also receive a free kit filled with useful information and tools to protect, prepare, and empower people with Parkinson's before, during and after a hospitalization.
